It Started on Stage

My journey to leadership coaching began in Latvia, where I became the Latvian National Champion in Solo and Athletic Dance. I trained as a professional singer, dancer, and performer, and earned my MA in Performance and Arts from Saint Petersburg University. I recorded and produced a solo album called 'Nac,' meaning 'follow me,' and organised a dance group called Tax-Free that performed across Latvia and the Baltic states. That creative background shaped everything about how I coach. Performance teaches you presence, discipline, and the ability to read a room. It teaches you that showing up at your best is a choice you make daily, and that real connection only happens when you are fully committed to the moment.

From Stages to Boardrooms

I moved to the UK and spent four years teaching performing arts in British schools before my career took a turn into business. I became the director of a start-up property research company in Ireland, gaining hands-on experience in real estate transactions, development, and economics. In 2013, I began coaching with Landmark Worldwide, one of the most recognised personal and professional development organisations in the world. Over the years I became one of their most acknowledged professional coaches, mentoring scores of clients and organising major international events. That experience became the foundation for eXcellent LeaderShip, my own leadership and consulting company, which I have now been running for over 14 years.

Never Stopped Learning

Today I deliver contemporary leadership training programmes that blend practical tools with academic rigour. My approach is rooted in how people actually think, communicate, and commit. I am currently completing my MBA International at Anglia Ruskin University and will continue with my PhD this year. Outside of coaching, I sing in the All-Saints Maidenhead church choir and have volunteered with and empowered children with Down syndrome in my community. I am a strong advocate for gender equality in leadership and have been a finalist for Ms Galaxy 2021 and Ms International UK 2019. Discipline, preparation, and believing in your own potential are not optional extras. They are the foundation of everything worth achieving. If you are ready to do the work, I am ready to hold you to it.
